    Description

Tool, where applicable, updated in accordance with governing API standards

    • Versatility:  Casing Bushings are inserted directly into the rotary table to ensure that the casing being run is perfectly aligned with the center of the hole.  Insert bowls are used to accomodate various casing sizes, allowing one bushing to be used to run multiple casing sizes by interchanging these bowls.  Additionally, casing slips can be used to rotate the casing during casing running and cementing operations.
    • Quality Manufacturing:  NOV's industry standard CU, CUL and CB casing bushings are cast from high strength steel and heat treated to provide maximum strength and durability. They are available for 17 1/2" to 49 1/2" rotary tables and can accomodate casing sizes from 16" up to 42" in diameter with interchangeable insert bowls. Models CU and CUL are solid bushings, while the Model CB is a split bushing. Please consult the Product Datasheet for casing bushing selection.
    • Preferred Choice:  CU, CUL and CB casing bushings are specially designed to work with NOV rotary equipment and handling tools.  This makes them the preferred choice as part of a rotary drilling package, or as a replacement for existing bushings.  These casing bushings are also offered in a wide variety of sizes to fit most rotary tables in the industry.
    • Worldwide Service:  Casing bushings are manufactured to high quality standards at NOV facilities in the Netherlands and Mexicali.  They are supported by the company's worldwide service center and field service operation.
