A built-in tugger is provided to pull the TW-61 back out of the way while lowering or raising pipe stands. The tugger can also be used to assist in pulling the TW-61 to a storage position. The tool has 6-foot vertical travel range so it can locate at the exact tool joint height. The TW-61 is human engineered with all controls on the front of the tool.
